Today I'm going to talk about foods which have a role key in our routine life. First group of the foods are called Grains. Some examples of Grains are pasta and bread. They have a lot of energy and that's why they include in our breakfast meal.
Next group is Dairy food. The foods that we get from animals and they are so healthy as well because they help to keep our bones and teeth strong. We use some of them like milk and cream to bake or make different kinds of desserts or even cheese or butter place in our breakfast. They are so important in our food chain.
Meat and fish or foods that come directly from animals have bad effects or good effects on our health. For example red meat causes a lot of damages for your health and body and on the other hand some foods like seafoods make you strong because of their protein.
Fruit and vegetables are very good and healthy just like other groups of foods. They give us a lot of vitamins so that our body is always strong against the illnesses. Another good thing about these is that for getting them we don't need to kill animals but the bad thing is that this group is not as popular as other groups like meats.
